Amends Section 61-16.2-12 of the North Dakota Century Code to clarify that all state property and structures are subject to floodplain management provisions and national flood insurance program requirements (42 U.S.C. 4001 et seq.)

Requires state agencies or entities with an interest in state property to notify the Department of Water Resources when constructing property or structures within FEMA-designated special flood hazard areas

Makes grammatical and technical corrections to existing statute language without changing substantive requirements
