Amends the Board of Counselor Examiners' fee-setting authority to separately enumerate four fee categories: license applications, license renewals, duplicate licenses, and technology services

Adds "technology services" as a new fee category the board may establish by rule and collect

Restructures existing fee language from a single provision into an itemized list format without changing the board's other duties (publishing licensee lists, administering exams, establishing continuing education, issuing provisional licenses, adopting ethics codes)

Passed the Senate 46-1 and the House 89-2 during the 69th Legislative Assembly (2025 session)
