Amends Section 25-01-01 of the North Dakota Century Code to modify the tiered classification system for mental health professionals

Adds licensed professional counselors to the Tier 2a category alongside licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional clinical counselors, and licensed marriage and family therapists

Removes licensed professional counselors from the Tier 3 category, effectively elevating their classification status

Adds certified peer support specialists to the Tier 4 category, which previously included only direct care associates and technicians

Passed unanimously in both chambers (Senate 47-0, House 93-0)
