Members of the North Dakota Public Employees Retirement System who have reached normal retirement age or date and qualify for unreduced retirement benefits are prohibited from applying for disability retirement benefits

Amends Section 54-52-17 of the North Dakota Century Code by adding a new paragraph to the disability retirement eligibility requirements

Passed unanimously in the Senate (47-0) and House (90-0)
