Requires insurance companies to file annual market conduct statements with the Commissioner, covering scope, format, and deadlines prescribed by the Commissioner

Protects data call materials and examination documents as confidential, exempt from subpoena, while allowing the Commissioner to publish aggregate or anonymized data publicly

Permits the Commissioner to designate the National Association of Insurance Commissioners as the repository for data call responses and to share confidential information with NAIC under written agreement
