Removes the requirement that a purchaser of a brewer must "continue in business as a brewer" for existing wholesaler agreement obligations to transfer to the new owner

Maintains existing protections preventing brewers from coercing wholesalers to accept unordered products, violate state laws, restrict sales of competing brands, or disclose confidential competitive information
