Removes the exemption for agricultural lands under 80 acres from the "statement of full consideration" disclosure requirements on property deeds

Transfers of small agricultural parcels (under 80 acres) will now require disclosure of the full sale price, like other property transactions

Maintains existing exemptions for public utility property, personal property, family/corporate affiliate transfers, estate settlements, foreclosures, tax sales, religious/charitable organization sales, change-of-use sales, quitclaim deeds, and non-assessable property
