Amends North Dakota Century Code section 15.1-12-29 to add a new option for distributing unobligated cash balances when a school district dissolves

Allows county committees to distribute up to $500,000 of remaining unobligated cash balance to another political subdivision located partially or wholly within the dissolving school district's boundaries

Maintains existing provision that property owners within dissolved district boundaries receive tax credits (or cash refunds with county approval) proportional to their property's taxable valuation

Any funds remaining after distribution to a political subdivision must still be distributed to property owners as tax credits per existing law
