Amends North Dakota Century Code section 6-08.1-03 to add the North Dakota Protection and Advocacy Project (under chapter 25-01.3) as an authorized recipient of financial institution disclosures regarding suspected financial exploitation of eligible adults

Allows financial institutions to report suspected elder financial exploitation to three entities: law enforcement, the Department of Health and Human Services, or the Protection and Advocacy Project

Clarifies that financial institutions have no duty to investigate suspected financial exploitation or to make reports to any of the authorized agencies

Passed unanimously in both chambers: Senate voted 44-0 and House voted 93-0
