Amends North Dakota Century Code section 43-26.1-11 to add a requirement that physical therapists obtain informed consent from patients or their legally authorized representatives for the overall plan of care

Previously, physical therapists were only required to communicate the plan of care; the amendment adds the explicit informed consent requirement

Passed the Senate unanimously (47-0) and the House with strong support (85-4)
