Requires absentee and mail ballot application forms to include a field for voters to indicate which political party's primary ballot they wish to receive

Expands voter file information available to candidates, parties, and political committees to include the political party ballot selection data (subsection 7), including for "secured active" voter records

County auditors must publish sample ballots (plural) for all separate party primary ballots, rather than a single consolidated sample ballot
