Amends North Dakota Century Code section 14-09-06.5 to require courts to order additional parenting time to a parent who was falsely accused of harming their child, unless the accusing party proves by clear and convincing evidence that additional time should not be granted

Additional parenting time serves to compensate ("indemnify") the accused parent for any court-ordered parenting time lost during investigations by the Department of Health and Human Services or equivalent out-of-state agencies that found no harm, abuse, or neglect

Additional parenting time must match the same type and duration of time that was denied, may include weekends, holidays, and summer time, and must occur within two years of the court's finding that the allegation was false and not made in good faith

Courts must give deference to the wrongly accused parent's proposed schedule when determining additional parenting time arrangements

Existing law requiring the parent who made a false, bad-faith allegation to pay court costs and reasonable attorney's fees of the accused parent remains in effect
