Extends the deadline for the industrial commission to access and repay the Bank of North Dakota line of credit from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2029

Transfers $50 million from the strategic investment and improvements fund to the clean sustainable energy fund during the 2025-2027 biennium, with $10 million designated for grants and $40 million for line of credit repayment and loans

Maintains the existing $390 million cap on the line of credit that the Bank of North Dakota extends to the industrial commission for clean sustainable energy loans and loan guarantees
