Adds applied behavioral analysis (ABA) as a required Medicaid-covered service to assess and treat behavioral problems across the lifespan of individuals with autism spectrum disorder

Amends Section 50-24.1-45 of the North Dakota Century Code governing medical assistance benefits

Excludes the newly added ABA services from Medicaid expansion coverage, along with the existing exclusions for dental screening, dental case management, and teledentistry services
