Requires sellers of residential real property to disclose in writing any knowledge of radon concentrations and provide a standardized disclosure statement about radon health risks, which buyers must sign to acknowledge receipt

Mandates sellers who know of prior radon testing to provide copies of test results and evidence of any mitigation measures to buyers before executing a sale agreement

Establishes that providing test results or mitigation evidence does not constitute a warranty or representation by the seller that results are accurate or mitigation is effective

Grants immunity from liability to sellers and their agents who comply with the disclosure requirements for any claims based on radon presence in the property
