Expands eligibility for North Dakota's skilled workforce student loan repayment program to include individuals enrolled in or completing a Master of Science degree in nursing who teach four clinical credits per year and reside and work in the state

Adds Master of Science in nursing programs to the list of qualifying educational programs for the skilled workforce scholarship program, provided the individual teaches four clinical credits per calendar year

Creates an exception to the standard requirement that qualifying programs be associate's degree level or lower credentials completable within four semesters or six quarters

Passed the Senate 46-0 and the House 91-1 during the 69th Legislative Assembly session beginning January 7, 2025
