Adds "medically necessary dental services" as a new covered benefit under North Dakota's medical assistance (Medicaid) program

Expands dental-related services under Medicaid expansion to cover both children and adults, where previously certain dental services were excluded from expansion coverage

Maintains existing covered services including family adaptive behavioral treatment, dental screening and assessments, dental case management for special populations (elderly, special needs, medically fragile, children), and asynchronous teledentistry

Requires the department to process dental claims through the existing dentistry claims system and Medicaid management information system
