Persons evicted for nonpayment of rent or property damage may petition to seal all court eviction records 7 years after satisfying the eviction order, provided they have resolved all claims and had no subsequent evictions during that period

Domestic violence victims evicted due to a domestic violence incident may petition to seal eviction records upon the assailant's conviction for domestic violence or issuance of a restraining order or protection order against the assailant

Adds a new section to Chapter 47-32 of the North Dakota Century Code governing eviction procedures
