Creates a new apprenticeship grant program administered by the North Dakota labor commissioner for individuals enrolled in registered apprenticeship programs within the state

Eligible individuals may receive up to $3,000 within a three-year period while enrolled in a qualifying program

Eligibility requirements include full-time enrollment, program progress, and minimum grade point average standards, developed in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Labor and state board for career and technical education

Appropriates $1,100,000 from the general fund to the Department of Labor and Human Rights for the 2025-2027 biennium to administer the program
