Amends North Dakota Century Code section 20.1-04-11 to clarify rules for hunting wild ducks and geese from floating craft

Expands permissible hunting from floating craft to include: boats without motors propelled by paddle, oars, or pole; and motorized boats when at rest with the motor turned off

Maintains existing allowances for hunting from beached craft, craft tied to fixed blinds, and craft at anchor when authorized by governor's proclamation

Continues prohibition on shooting from motorboats, sailboats, or other craft except under specified conditions, while allowing such vessels to retrieve dead or injured birds
