Appropriates $2,000,000 in one-time general fund money to the Department of Transportation for grants to fixed route city transportation providers for paratransit services, for the 2025-2027 biennium

Requires Legislative Management to study funding needs of fixed route city transportation networks during the 2025-26 interim

Study must examine how fixed route transportation can address population growth, economic development, workforce needs, and health care needs

Legislative Management must develop a proposed funding formula within the Department of Transportation budget for fixed route city transportation systems and report recommendations to the 70th Legislative Assembly
