Expands the definition of "alcoholic beverage establishment" for gaming purposes to include establishments licensed under both Chapter 5-01 and Chapter 5-02 of North Dakota Century Code, where alcoholic beverages are sold, dispensed, and consumed on premises

Explicitly excludes liquor stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and convenience stores from the definition of alcoholic beverage establishment

Amends Section 53-06.1-01, which governs definitions related to games of chance conducted by licensed nonprofit organizations in North Dakota
