Amends North Dakota Century Code section 54-03-01.14 to change the number of legislative districts divided into subdistricts from two (Districts 4 and 9) to only one (District 4)

Removes District 9's subdistrict division (9A and 9B), consolidating it into a single district consisting of all of Rolette County

Reconfigures District 9 to include specific townships in Towner County, Ramsey County, Benson County, Nelson County, and Eddy County, primarily encompassing areas within or near the Spirit Lake reservation

Modifies District 15 to include all of Cavalier County (except portions in District 19), all of Ramsey County, and all of Towner County except portions contained in District 9

Includes an application clause specifying the Act does not impact the term of office of any Legislative Assembly member elected in 2024
