Amends North Dakota Century Code section 47-19-03.1 regarding recording requirements for deeds and contracts for deed containing metes and bounds legal descriptions

Adds provision that recorders may not reject instruments containing metes and bounds descriptions obtained from previously recorded conveyance documents based on section 57-02-39

Requires deeds and contracts for deed to include the name and address of the individual who drafted the legal description, or a statement that it was obtained from a previously recorded instrument

Exemptions remain for instruments executed before January 1, 2000, or executed/acknowledged outside North Dakota
