Amends North Dakota Century Code section 11-28.3-06 to allow all rural ambulance district board members to receive compensation at a rate set by the board of directors

Removes previous restriction that required all officers and directors to serve without pay except the secretary-treasurer

Limits ambulance service members serving on the board to no more than two elected positions, and those members must meet the volunteer definition under section 23-27-04.1
