Amends North Dakota eviction notice requirements to mandate that three-day written notices of intention to evict include information about available legal services for tenants

Requires eviction notices to provide contact information for a nonprofit organization in North Dakota that offers legal services and assistance to low-income and elderly residents

Applies to eviction cases involving failure to pay rent, breach of lease conditions, nuisance activities, and other specified grounds under section 47-32-01 (subsections 4, 5, 6, and 8)
