Establishes daily wage rates for 69th Legislative Assembly employees, ranging from $136/day for legislative assistant pages to $239/day for Chief Clerk (House) and Secretary of the Senate (Senate)

Provides longevity pay of $1/day for each previous regular session worked (minimum 45 days), capped at $10/day maximum additional compensation

Authorizes majority and minority leaders to hire one administrative assistant and two staff assistants each, with flexibility to adjust staffing within authorized total daily compensation

Permits conversion of positions to part-time with Employment Committee approval, with daily rates converted to hourly pay

Guarantees employee pay during legislative recesses when required for committee hearings or other legislative business
