Proposes a constitutional amendment limiting legislators to four complete four-year terms in the legislative assembly total, replacing the current separate eight-year limits for the House and Senate

Service during a partial term of less than four years would not count toward the four-term limit

Repeals the existing constitutional provision that prohibits the legislature from proposing amendments related to term limits

Requires voter approval at the November 2026 general election to take effect

If approved, applies to individuals elected to the legislative assembly after January 1, 2023
