Expands nighttime operation of ATVs and utility-type vehicles within city, village, or unincorporated village limits between sunset and sunrise, beyond the existing exception for snow removal

Requires specific lighting for nighttime operation: headlights must illuminate objects at least 100 feet ahead (upper beam) or 50 feet (lower beam), and taillights must be visible from 500 feet behind

Amends Section 60-6,356 of the Nebraska Revised Statutes Supplement, 2025, governing ATV and utility-type vehicle operation on public roads

Maintains existing requirements for operators including valid Class O license or farm permit, liability insurance, and maximum speed of 30 miles per hour

Local authorization still required: cities and villages must pass ordinances, and county boards must adopt resolutions for unincorporated villages to permit such operation
