School employees, contractors, and agents are prohibited from permitting federal immigration enforcement officers access to students, school employees, school grounds, or facilities for immigration enforcement purposes without a valid judicial warrant

"Valid judicial warrant" is defined as a warrant issued and signed by a judge or magistrate; administrative warrants, immigration detainers, notices to appear, and administrative subpoenas do not qualify

Schools must maintain safe learning environments while respecting privacy and constitutional rights of students and employees, and ensuring no employee facilitates immigration enforcement without proper judicial authorization

Exceptions allow school employees to comply with valid judicial warrants, court orders, or respond to exigent circumstances involving immediate threats to health or safety

Amends Nebraska Revised Statutes sections 79-2701 and 79-2702 relating to school safety and law enforcement interactions
