Amends Nebraska Evidence Rule 27-404 to explicitly allow evidence of other crimes, wrongs, or acts when such evidence is "inextricably intertwined" with the charged crime

Defines evidence as inextricably intertwined when it: forms part of the factual setting of the charged crime, is so connected that proof of the charged crime necessarily requires proof of the other acts, or is necessary to present a coherent picture of the charged crime

Requires prosecution to prove by clear and convincing evidence that the accused committed the other crime/act, and if offered under the inextricably intertwined provision, that it meets the intertwined criteria

Mandates that proof of admissibility be made outside the jury's presence, and upon defendant's request, the court must instruct the jury to consider such evidence only for its limited admitted purpose
