Amends Nebraska statute 79-2704 to explicitly prohibit school resource officers and security guards from subjecting any student to corporal punishment as defined in section 79-295

Adds the corporal punishment prohibition as a required policy in memoranda of understanding that govern the use of school resource officers and security guards in schools

Introduced by Senator Dungan (District 26) on January 14, 2026, during the 109th Legislature's second session

Repeals the original section 79-2704 to incorporate the new prohibition alongside existing requirements for training, recordkeeping, parental notification, and complaint processes
