Amends Nebraska's Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Insurance Coverage Act (sections 44-6410 and 44-6411) to modify rules on stacking insurance coverage limits

Prohibits stacking (combining) coverage limits from multiple vehicles insured under the same policy or separate policies held by the same person or related persons in the same household

Permits stacking of coverage limits when separate policies are held by different policyholders who are not related persons residing in the same household

Limits recovery to the highest single policy limit when an insured has coverage under multiple policies held by the same person or related household members

Establishes payment priority when multiple policies apply: first the policy covering the occupied vehicle, then a policy covering a vehicle that caused pedestrian injury, then policies covering uninvolved vehicles
