Amends Section 85-179.02 of Nebraska statutes to update the definition of "physicians' assistant or physicians' associate" within University of Nebraska provisions (sections 85-179.01 to 85-179.03)

Changes the statutory language from "shall mean" to "means" when defining the term, a technical update to modernize phrasing

Definition remains substantively unchanged: a person qualified by training and experience to act as an assistant to, or associate of, a licensed physician
