Repeals Section 79-265.01 of Nebraska statutes, which currently prohibits suspending students in pre-kindergarten through second grade

Allows schools to suspend students of any grade level, including pre-K through 2nd grade, for conduct violations or expulsion-related offenses

Amends sections 79-263, 79-265, and 79-267 by removing references to the exception previously provided for young students under section 79-265.01
