Increases total disability compensation from 66⅔% to 80% of wages, and partial disability compensation from 66⅔% to 75% of wages received at time of injury

Extends partial disability benefit period from 300 weeks to 500 weeks

Doubles the maximum weekly income benefit starting January 1, 2027, from 100% to 200% of the state average weekly wage; establishes minimum weekly benefit at 50% of state average weekly wage

Requires annual cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) for weekly income benefits lasting longer than 12 months, beginning in 2027, using the greater of 1% or the Consumer Price Index percentage change

Mandates employer-paid interpreter services for employees who cannot readily communicate in English during medical examinations, treatment, and independent medical examinations, with interpreters selected from the Nebraska Supreme Court interpreter register
