Creates a new tourism and visitor promotion grant program for organizations that provide services through exhibits and trails located along the Missouri River and within five miles of a city of the first class.

Appropriates $150,000 from the General Fund to the Nebraska Tourism Commission for fiscal year 2026-27 to fund the new grant program.

Grant recipients must submit applications including their organization name, documentation of tourism services provided, intended use of funds, and other required information.

Grants may be used for basic operational support of qualifying organizations, subject to available funding.

Declares an emergency, making the act effective immediately upon passage and approval.
