Amends Nebraska statute 60-6,257 to allow darker window tinting on motor vehicles registered in the state

Increases the maximum allowable luminous reflectance for front side windows from 20% to 35%

Reduces the minimum light transmission requirement for front side windows from 35% to 20%

Changes the maximum luminous reflectance for rear windows and side windows behind the front seat from 20% to 35% (excluding multipurpose vehicles, vans, and buses)
