Repeals the provision allowing certain undocumented students who attended and graduated from Nebraska high schools to qualify for in-state tuition rates at state postsecondary institutions

Eliminates the pathway created in 2006 that granted resident tuition status to students who resided in Nebraska for at least three years before high school graduation and signed an affidavit pledging to apply for permanent residency

Modifies requirements for alien students seeking resident status, now requiring they have established a home in Nebraska for at least 180 days with intent to become a lawful permanent U.S. resident

Amends Section 85-502 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska governing tuition residency requirements at state colleges, universities, and community colleges
