Amends section 49-1701 to require the Revisor of Statutes to compile an updated Constitution of Nebraska following each statewide election where a constitutional amendment is adopted, rather than after each regular legislative session

Establishes a 10-calendar-day deadline after the board of state canvassers completes the canvass for transmitting the updated Constitution to the Secretary of State for review and certification

Requires the Clerk of the Legislature to make the certified Constitution available electronically on the Legislature's website, include it in session laws, and print pamphlets for public distribution upon request

Designates certified copies as the official version of the Constitution that may be cited as prima facie evidence of the law in Nebraska courts

Contains an emergency clause, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
