Bans using geolocation data to set prices based on inferences about the consumer, though allows geolocation for real-time demand pricing of immediate services and for reflecting legitimate cost differences between locations

Permits exceptions for device repair/maintenance pricing, trade-in valuations, and bona fide coupons, discounts, or promotions offered to the general public on equal terms

Establishes civil penalties up to $10,000 per violation, enforceable by the Attorney General through penalty recovery and/or injunctive relief

Collected penalties are remitted to the State Treasurer for distribution to the permanent school fund per the Nebraska Constitution
