Applications for Husker Red License Plates may be submitted beginning January 1, 2027

Designates the Highway Cash Fund as the recipient for alternate license plate fees collected from Husker Red License Plates

Amends the Highway Cash Fund and Roads Operations Cash Fund statutes to explicitly allow these funds to receive money from alternate license plate fees under section 60-3,163.02

Removes obsolete provisions requiring $4 million transfers from the Roads Operations Cash Fund to the Transportation Infrastructure Bank Fund for the County Bridge Match Program
