Appropriates $130,893 in FY2025-26 and $179,795 in FY2026-27 from the General Fund to each of four entities: State Department of Education, Nebraska State Colleges, University of Nebraska, and Aid to Community Colleges

Total appropriation is $523,572 for FY2025-26 and $719,180 for FY2026-27 across all four receiving entities

Community college funds will be disbursed by the Coordinating Commission for Postsecondary Education on behalf of the community colleges
