Mandates insurers provide written notice in at least 10-point type when repair estimates include aftermarket parts, clearly identifying each non-OEM part to be installed

Bars insurers from requiring aftermarket parts on vehicles manufactured within 36 months of the damage date

Each violation constitutes a Class I misdemeanor
