Microbreweries (as defined in section 53-103.21) are exempted from Nebraska's beer distribution agreement regulations governing supplier-wholesaler relationships, including termination, renewal, and territorial exclusivity requirements

Existing agreements between microbreweries and wholesalers that are continuous or have no specific duration will automatically terminate on October 1, 2027, unless parties execute a new written agreement before that date

The definition of "supplier" in the beer distribution law is amended to explicitly exclude microbreweries, removing them from the category of regulated beer suppliers

Operative date is October 1, 2026, amending sections 53-201, 53-202, 53-213, 53-216, 53-217, 53-218, 53-220, 53-221, 53-222, and 53-223 of Nebraska's Reissue Revised Statutes
