Increases the maximum number of separate physical locations allowed under a single craft brewery or microdistillery license from five to eight locations

Raises the self-distribution limit for microdistilleries from 5,000 gallons to 3,500 gallons per calendar year for direct sales to Nebraska retail licensees

Expands entertainment district license eligibility to include holders of manufacturer's licenses, in addition to retail, craft brewery, and microdistillery licensees

Modifies commons area requirements for entertainment districts by replacing physical barrier and vehicle closure mandates with requirements for reasonable pedestrian safety measures (signage, lighting, reduced vehicle speeds) and allowing open container carrying/consumption on streets when crossing at designated crosswalks

Approved by the Governor on April 14, 2025, amending sections 53-123.01, 53-123.14, 53-123.16, 53-123.17, and 53-129 of the Nebraska Liquor Control Act
