Allows regional craft brewery license holders to obtain additional licenses including annual catering, special designated, entertainment district, and promotional farmers market licenses

Authorizes regional craft breweries to store tax-paid products in designated secure offsite storage facilities with commission approval, though consumption at storage facilities is prohibited

Sets the annual license fee for regional craft breweries at $250 and integrates the new license type throughout existing Nebraska Liquor Control Act provisions regarding taxation, reporting, and regulatory oversight
