Expands the Office of Inspector General of Nebraska Child Welfare's jurisdiction to include oversight of the juvenile justice system in addition to the child welfare system

Requires juvenile probation records to be provided to the Inspector General within five business days upon juvenile court order for investigations

Allows the Auditor of Public Accounts and Legislative Audit Office to access confidential tax returns through secure remote access, not just on Department of Revenue premises

Changes the annual report deadline for the Inspector General of the Nebraska Correctional System from September 15 to October 15

Revises juvenile room confinement reporting requirements, mandating quarterly and annual summary reports be submitted to the Division of Legislative Oversight in a format the Division determines necessary for review
