Amends Laws 2025, LB261, section 246 to modify appropriations for the Department of Economic Development's Industrial Recruitment Program (Program No. 603)

Directs the department to use $11,020,352 General Funds appropriated for FY2026-27 state aid to award grants under the Business Innovation Act

Designates $3,000,000 of the FY2026-27 General Funds state aid appropriation for grants and technical assistance under the Business Innovation Act's microenterprise assistance program

States legislative intent to appropriate an additional $4,500,000 Cash Funds from the Site and Building Development Fund in FY2027-28

Program totals $69,921,917 for FY2025-26 and $44,519,153 for FY2026-27, combining General Funds, Cash Funds, and Federal Funds
