Authorizes the Commissioner of Labor to impose an annual filing fee of up to $250 on employers required to submit quarterly wage reports under the Employment Security Law

Renames the "Contractor and Professional Employer Organization Registration Cash Fund" to the "Contractor, Business, and Professional Employer Organization Registration Cash Fund"

Expands permitted uses of the renamed fund to include enforcement and administration of 13 labor-related programs, including the Employment Security Law, Wage and Hour Act, Nebraska Wage Payment and Collection Act, child labor provisions, veterans preference provisions, and workplace safety consultation programs

Eliminates an obsolete provision requiring a $1.7 million transfer from the fund to the General Fund that was scheduled for June 15, 2018

Directs all annual filing fees collected under the Employment Security Law to be credited to the renamed registration cash fund
